Fleet-as-a-Service

Fleet-as-a-Service for Enterprise Rental Operators

Expand the equipment available to your customers without necessarily funding every asset purchase from your own balance sheet. Bluerock evaluates demand-backed equipment acquisition and supply arrangements with qualified rental operators and procurement partners.

The model

Demand-backed acquisition

Fleet-as-a-Service is a solution within Bluerock’s broader equipment supply business, not the corporate identity. It suits operators who have identified demand but would prefer not to fund every asset purchase directly — and who can commit to defined operating terms.

Arrangements are negotiated individually and depend on commercial fit, sourcing feasibility and the terms both parties agree. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer of guaranteed utilisation or returns.

How it works

Five stages, two sets of responsibilities

Each stage sets out what the customer or partner does, and what Bluerock does.
  1. 1

    Demand

    Customer / partner

Shares requirement, machine specification, location, term and expected use.

    Bluerock

Assesses commercial fit and sourcing feasibility.

  2. 2

    Proposal

    Customer / partner

Reviews rental/lease terms, service obligations and delivery schedule.

    Bluerock

Sources equipment and prepares transaction economics.

  3. 3

    Acquisition

    Customer / partner

Confirms commercial agreement and operating responsibilities.

    Bluerock

Arranges purchase or supply under the agreed ownership structure.

  4. 4

    Deployment

    Customer / partner

Accepts equipment and operates/rents it under contract.

    Bluerock

Coordinates handover, documentation and tracking requirements.

  5. 5

    Lifecycle

    Customer / partner

Provides agreed usage, maintenance and condition reporting.

    Bluerock

Oversees contractual asset reporting and eventual renewal, sale or return.

Commercial arrangements

Important

Bluerock does not offer guaranteed utilisation, fixed returns, zero downtime, guaranteed buybacks or universal warranty terms. Such terms require individual contracts and supplier confirmation.

Any arrangement described here is indicative of what may be discussed. It is not an offer, and no commitment exists until documented in a signed agreement.
