When you submit an equipment requirement, we collect the information you provide: your company name, contact name, business email and phone number; your customer type; the equipment category, specification, capacity and quantity; delivery location and required dates; your preferred commercial arrangement; any documents you attach; and any additional detail you choose to provide.

We use this information solely to assess and respond to your equipment requirement — evaluating commercial fit and sourcing feasibility, preparing proposals, and communicating with you about your enquiry. Where you have agreed to be contacted, we may follow up regarding your submission.

We do not sell your information. To assess or fulfil a requirement, we may need to share relevant details with manufacturers, dealers, suppliers or logistics providers engaged in that transaction. We share only what is necessary for that purpose.

Documents you upload are transmitted with your submission and retained for the purpose of assessing your requirement. Please do not upload information you are not authorised to share.

We retain requirement submissions for as long as necessary to assess and act on the enquiry, and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted by contacting info@bluerocklease.com.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
