How we work
From demand to delivery,
and through the asset lifecycle.
Bluerock begins with the requirement rather than a fixed online inventory. That shapes everything that follows — what we source, how we structure it and who carries which responsibility.
The process
Five stages
- 01
Understand your requirement
You share the machine specification, location, term and expected use. We assess commercial fit and sourcing feasibility.
- 02
Source & structure supply
We review rental or lease terms, service obligations and delivery schedule, source equipment and prepare transaction economics.
- 03
Arrange acquisition
Commercial agreement and operating responsibilities are confirmed, and we arrange purchase or supply under the agreed ownership structure.
- 04
Coordinate delivery
You accept the equipment and operate it under contract. We coordinate handover, documentation and tracking requirements.
- 05
Ongoing support
Agreed usage, maintenance and condition reporting is provided, and we oversee contractual asset reporting and eventual renewal, sale or return.
In detail
What each stage involves
Understand your requirement
Everything begins with the requirement. We need the asset specification, project location, operating period, availability expectations, delivery requirements and commercial terms. Where a requirement is well defined, we can move quickly; where it is early-stage, we help shape it into something sourceable.
Source & structure supply
We assess commercial fit and sourcing feasibility, then evaluate the market: manufacturers, authorised dealers and independent suppliers. Where a lease or fleet-supply structure is involved, we review rental terms, service obligations and delivery schedule, and prepare the transaction economics.
Arrange acquisition
Commercial agreement and operating responsibilities are confirmed between the parties. We then arrange purchase or supply under the agreed ownership structure, coordinating between suppliers and the operating party.
Coordinate delivery
Handover is coordinated — transport, documentation and tracking requirements — so the equipment arrives where and when it is needed. The operating party accepts the equipment and operates it under contract.
Ongoing support
Where contracted, we coordinate agreed usage, maintenance and condition reporting, and oversee contractual asset reporting through to eventual renewal, sale or return.
